Human Resources Associate

We invite applications for a newly created part-time opportunity in the role of Human Resources Associate, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This part-time position will be scheduled three days per week with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.

The Human Resources Associate will perform a generalist function to support the human resources programming at St. Andrew’s College and St. Anne’s School. In supporting all functional departments of both schools, the Human Resources Associate will understand the importance of fostering positive employee relations with all employees through timely responses to inquiries, clear communications, and conflict resolution.
