We invite applications for a full-time teaching opportunity at St. Anne’s School in the role of Visual Art teacher reporting to the Assistant Head of School, Director of Upper School. This position will begin in August 2023.
The school seeks an exceptional educator to teach Visual Arts at the Upper School level.
Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor of Education in the Intermediate/Senior division, ideally with a Visual Arts Honours Specialist, and preferably are certified to teach in Ontario or in pursuit of this designation. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding academic credentials, in addition to experience in the classroom and as a champion for the arts within a school community. Applicants must be willing and able to contribute to the many facets of school life, including extra-curricular responsibilities. High-end coaching experience will prove to be a strong asset for applicants. Additionally, we seek candidates with a demonstrated willingness to participate in EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion) initiatives within the community.
