We invite applications for a full-time opportunity at St. Anne’s School in an exciting new University Counselling Administrative Assistant role.
The University Counselling Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the University Counselling Department, being a point of contact for students and parents, and a liaison with university representatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities require the candidate to ensure the administrative needs of the University Counselling office are met, including assisting with university applications, Ministry reporting, and preparing transcripts. The Administrative Assistant tracks community service hours and other diploma requirements for Upper School students and is responsible for following up regarding missing information. Further, they contribute to key events such as scheduling, organizing, and promoting the annual Canadian Universities’ Fair and university representative presentations in the Upper School. This role will provide occasional backup to the school’s main reception.
The ideal candidate will bring several years of administrative experience, preferably in a university counselling office, and a post-secondary diploma or certificate. Proficiency with database management and office software is a requirement. Candidates must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and multitasking ability. As an ambassador of the school, we seek positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented applicants.
