We invite applications for a full-time position at St. Anne’s School as Associate Director, Advancement with an appointment effective winter 2023.
During the 2023-2024 school year, St. Anne’s School will welcome girls from Grades 5-10 for the inaugural year in our stunning state-of-the-art facility across the road from St. Andrew’s College.
St. Anne’s School seeks a flexible self-starter who will articulate, promote, and create a culture of philanthropy within our newly established community. This unique position requires the expertise, passion, and vision to support the continued evolution of St. Anne’s School in a role that includes developing and nurturing parent relations, annual, major gift, and capital campaign fundraising, and planning donor stewardship events. This individual will work in partnership with the St. Andrew’s College Advancement team and closely with the SAS Leadership team.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and bring three years of fundraising experience, preferably in an independent school or similar non-profit setting, with a keen focus on donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. We seek a dynamic, flexible, driven, and innovative individual. As a natural connector, you build relationships, work collaboratively, and have strong communication skills. Adherence to deadlines through solid organization and time management is paramount. Successful candidates have proficiency in using database management tools, including Raiser’s Edge NXT.
