Gratitude Circle

Wednesday's Gratitude Circle was a wonderful opportunity to pause, be present, and be grateful for the people and experiences that make us feel like we belong.
Wellness Prefect, Nancy W., read a message of gratitude focused on the “I Am Here” theme, followed by student speakers in their native tongues. Grade 5s warmed our hearts as they sang, We're All in This Together.
Grade 8 Integrated Arts students, accompanied by Grade 12 students Juliet M. and McKenna R., continue to foster the Gratitude Circle traditions, empowering our community through dance to celebrate the evolution of St. Anne’s School. These talented young students gathered to display their gratitude for the sisterhood they share, and to enter the Thanksgiving season with a sense of togetherness.
To conclude, students wrote on Bristol boards to respond to “I Am Here.” They wrote answers ranging from the various ways they contribute to making St. Anne’s an enjoyable environment to how they plan to make a positive impact on society in the future.
The theme of gratitude was touched on during advisory on Tuesday, when students had the opportunity to connect through a fall-themed edition of This or That, followed by gratitude journaling and card-writing.
Empowering girls to be courageous learners and compassionate citizens who live and lead with wisdom.
