Breaking Ground. Building What’s Next.

St. Anne’s School is proud to share a defining milestone in the Dream It Forward Campaign. With our $15-million shovel-ready goal achieved, the Rogers Wellness & Athletics Centre is officially moving forward and set to break ground in spring 2026.

This next phase marks the transition from vision to reality and the continued work to complete a $30-million facility that will serve generations of Cygnets.

From Vision to Foundation

Following the successful achievement of our shovel-ready fundraising goal, the Board of Governors formally approved the project to proceed. Thanks to the generosity of our community, $17,772,003 has been raised to date, allowing construction planning to advance with confidence.

The construction management contract has been awarded, and we are preparing to begin work this spring, with an anticipated 18-month build timeline.

The Rogers Wellness & Athletics Centre

In recognition of a transformational leadership gift, we are proud to share the building’s formal name, the Rogers Wellness & Athletics Centre.

We are deeply grateful to Dem Rogers, St. Andrew’s College Class of 1959 and member of the SAC/SAS Board of Governors, whose generosity helped move this project from aspiration to action. The Rogers name will stand as a lasting testament to leadership, partnership, and the power of philanthropy to shape meaningful spaces for students.

We also extend sincere thanks to our anonymous matching donor and to the Dunin family, whose continued investment reflects a deep belief in our mission and in the young women we serve.

The Match Continues

We have reached our $15-million shovel-ready fundraising threshold, allowing the Rogers Wellness & Athletics Centre to move forward to construction. This milestone reflects the extraordinary generosity of our community and marks a pivotal moment in the Dream It Forward Campaign.

While this threshold has been achieved, matching funds remain available. Thanks to a generous donor, there are still matching funds to be unlocked, doubling the impact of new gifts and accelerating progress toward the full $30-million vision.

Why This Moment Matters

Although construction is moving ahead, continued philanthropy is essential to reduce reliance on financing and ensure the Rogers Wellness & Athletics Centre is completed fully and thoughtfully. Every matched gift brings us closer to realizing the full scope of wellness, athletic, and community spaces envisioned for our students.

This remains one of the most powerful moments to give. With each contribution doubled, your support helps carry this project from groundbreaking through completion and into the lives of generations of Cygnets.

Built by Community

This milestone has been made possible by the collective generosity of families, parents, grandparents, SAC alumni, and friends of the school. Commitments ranging from $50 to $500,000, and many points in between, reflect a shared belief in what this centre will mean for our students.

Together, these gifts form the foundation of the build and demonstrate the extraordinary impact of a community coming together with purpose and generosity.

  • Accelerate broader campus master planning

With your continued support, we can bring the gymnasium, dance studio, wellness spaces, breakout rooms, and community auditorium fully to life.
