Project Based Learning

All students participate in project-based learning modules weekly. Project-based learning is an instructional method based on constructivist and experiential learning theories where students learn best by doing, have ownership over their learning, and work on authentic tasks. Project-based learning enhances higher-order thinking, problem-solving skills, self-regulation, and metacognition, key lifelong learning elements. Throughout the year, students engage in a series of intentionally designed project-based interdisciplinary modules connected to the curriculum.
